Our Story
Mosarizu was born in 2023, founded by Laura Alba, a passionate cook who brought together the vibrant flavors of Latin America with the exceptional quality of New Zealand ingredients. Her vision was not only to offer delicious gluten-free frozen goods, but also to meet the demands of a modern food lifestyle: convenient, safe, and full of flavor.
In February 2025, we, Vicky and Gus, took over Mosarizu.
With nearly ten years of experience as chefs in New Zealand and a deep love for healthy, Latin, and international cuisine, we saw Mosarizu as the perfect opportunity to combine our passion with a purpose. We aim to create something truly special for those who love good food, no matter their dietary needs.
Our mission is to keep the heart of Mosarizu alive while bringing new energy, creativity, and flavor to every product we make. We put care and intention into everything we cook, and we are proud to offer gluten-free options that are full of flavor and made with integrity, whether you are a food lover, a family, or a business looking for something different.
