Our Story

Mosarizu Limited was founded in 2023 by Laura Alba, a chef with nearly a decade of experience and a strong background in technology. Her vision was to blend her Colombian heritage with the exceptional flavors of New Zealand, offering gluten-free frozen foods of superior taste and quality. Laura's dedication led to the creation of products that not only delighted customers but also addressed the needs of modern food businesses. 

In 2025, we, Vicky and Gus, became the new owners of Mosarizu. With over 10 years of experience as chefs specializing in healthy food production, we are committed to upholding the classic recipes and products our customers love. Additionally, we are excited to introduce new, healthy, gluten-free options made with local, natural ingredients. Our approach ensures that each product is crafted with dedication, nutrition and love, maintaining the high standards that Mosarizu is known for.
